Short-term Individual Counseling can help clarify issues, identify effective strategies to cope with difficult situations and provide practice and support for building greater capacity to navigate and contain the more difficult times in life, and those emotions that are more challenging to sit with-such as shame, guilt, loneliness, sadness, anger, rage and grief. The goal of these counseling sessions is to support clients in getting back to or perhaps finding for the first time the daily rhythms and practices that provide meaning, depth and texture to their days.
